about

Deep abstract ambient soundscapes evocative of industrial and urban landscapes.

I have found myself occasionally escaping the melodic side of ambient music and exploring the more abstract noise side. However, while it may be darker, it is not harsh. To me, at least, this is still a version of the ambient music I make, inspired by landscapes and minimal yet huge sounding.

The music here reminds me of cities I have visited around the world, places where there is always life and noise. Even sat in a park in a city, there is always that background noise, the blood rushing through the veins of the city.

Think of a huge industrial complex still busy at work at night while the rest of the city slow down or of ocean waves crashing against a busy port. A distant heavy rumble.
